How to qualify

Purchase a qualifying Top Value ProLiant server together with a qualifying compatible Intel or AMD Processor Kit (as outlined in the qualifying products), between 1 December 2011 and 29 February 2012, complete the claim form and you will receive up to £519.50 cash back from HP (values vary with Processor Kit).

In the current economic climate, it just makes sense to extend the life of your servers for as long as possible. By doing so, you reduce disruption, plus lower acquisition and overall IT costs.

In support of this offer, when you purchase a qualifying Top Value ProLiant DL380 or DL385 server with the qualifying compatible processor kit and add the 3 Year 24X7 with DMR HP Care Pack (UD940E), HP will give you an additional £200 cash back. Add the 5 Year 24x7 with DMR HP Care Pack (UH106E) and HP will give you an additional £400 cash back.

How to Claim:

• Complete the claim form
• Attach proof of purchase (reseller invoice(s)) to the claim form, with qualifying products and HP part codes circled and make copies for you records.
• Product must have been invoiced between 1st December 2011 and 29th February 2012
• Mail to: HP Claims Dept, PO Box 7393, Reading, RG27 7JJ. All submissions must be received by Friday 30th March 2012
• You will then receive an email confirming the rebate due to you and your individual reference number within 7 days of posting. If you do not receive this email then please contact promotions@out-bound.co.uk
• Cheques will be issued within 28 days of receipt of your correct invoice
