• Complete the online claim form and upload a copy of the sales invoice for your new HP purchase.
• Send your old machine with a copy of your claim form to Trade Up To HP Business within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Any existing data will be wiped and unused parts will be recycled. Note we cannot recover any data once we’ve received your computer.
• Provided everything matches your description we'll send you your cash via bank transfer, plus £10 to help with your postage costs.
