How to qualify:

Purchase a qualifying HP ProLiant 300 series server (listed below) with the Top Value Insight Control Licence T9074AVE and the corresponding qualifying 3 year HP Care Pack (as outlined on the claim form), between 1st November 2011 and 31st March 2012, complete and send the claim form and you will receive cash back to the value of the HP Care Pack.

How to Claim:

• Complete the claim form
• Attach proof of purchase (reseller invoice(s)) to the claim form, with qualifying products and HP part codes circled and make copies for you records.
• Product must have been invoiced between 1st November 2011 and 31st March 2012
• Mail to: HP Claims Dept, PO Box 7393, Reading, RG27 7JJ. All submissions must be received by Monday 30th April 2012
• You will then receive an email confirming the rebate due to you and your individual reference number within 7 days of posting. If you do not receive this email then please contact promotions@out-bound.co.uk
• Cheques will be issued within 28 days of receipt of your correct invoice
