Carriage on heavy items
The carriage prices above are based on orders weighing 5Kg or below. Heavier orders may incur a slightly higher shipping charge than listed above.
Exceptions
Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and address verification. As part of our routine fraud prevention processes your order may be selected for additional security checks. In this instance we may need to contact you to verify some details prior to shipping your order.
Some accelerated delivery options may not be available on all products or to all areas, and may not be listed during the checkout process as a result. If you have a specific requirement, please call us for more details.
Products that are built to order (e.g. server cabinets) are not available next business day day and will take a minimum of 3 business days before despatch.
Our optional server hardware configuration service will add 2-3 business days to your delivery to allow for the configuration and quality assurance processes to take place.
Damages
All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must photograph the damaged goods and report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
