Introduction to iQuote

What is iQuote?

iQuote is a configuration and procurement tool brought to you exclusively by Servers Plus. It is designed to help you specify the perfect HPE server, storage, networking and HP Inc. workstation, desktop and laptop solutions for your business quickly and with guaranteed compatibility.

Through iQuote you can view up-to-date stock information along with your price on all current HPE/HP models and upgrades, along with relevant discounts on Top Value systems and options. When configuring your system, iQuote checks that options such as memory and add-in cards are optimised for performance. It also validates part compatibility and quantity, ensuring that your server, workstation, desktop or laptop has the required capacity to install them.

With the integrated Solution Builder tool you can combine multiple saved quotes into one output, and export this as a Microsoft Excel file.

Getting Started

Use the button above to launch iQuote. If you don't currently have an account with us you will need to enter a few details before launching iQuote.

Once in iQuote, you can start a new system configuration by clicking either HPE for servers, storage and networking products or HP Inc. for desktops, workstations and laptops.

If you already know the model code of the system you wish to configure, select the Quick Launch tool and paste the code in here. If you have a shopping list of parts in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, to save time you can use the Shopping List tool and simply copy the part numbers and quantities in here. For a price list of all compatible options for a specific system, use the Swift tool.

Once your solution is complete in iQuote you can use the 'Add to Basket' button to submit your solution to your Servers Plus web basket and proceed with your order (not possible for demo login), alternatively you can save or export your solution and come back to it at a later date.
