What can trade customers expect?

If you're a trade customer with a regular spend, you should let us know. We can activate trade pricing on your account and make sure you get assigned a dedicated account manager to become your one point of contact for all your dealings with us.

Am I a trade customer?

If you're an IT reseller or IT consultant with a regular spend on IT hardware/software/services then you qualify as a trade customer.

Do I get credit as a trade customer?

Trade customers do not automatically qualify for credit - As we do not self-insure we must review all credit account applications manually and liaise with our credit insurers before credit terms can be applied to your account.
